There are currently a few channels for technologists in UK government to share what they're working on, ask questions and deepen community knowledge. They are:
- ukgovernmentdigital.slack.com - a Slack open to anyone working in central government, with channels on a range of topics (most central government domains are whitelisted so you should be able to just sign up)
- a cross-government architects email (Google) group - this is open to anyone working on tech in central government but will be of most interest to those in senior/architectural roles (the group is invitation only but if you'd like to join, send a note to gov-topic-technical-architecture-managers@digital.cabinet-office.gov.uk saying what you're working on and what your role is and we'll be in touch)
- a Github repository for discussions around potential technical and data standards
