The Government Digital Service (GDS) recently hosted a remote GraphQL workshop for around 70 people from across government. Here are the main talking points from the event.
We’ve published new guidance and case studies on using chatbot and webchats, to help government organisations make the most out of these tools and meet user needs.
Over 30 people from across government attended Government Digital Service’s chatbot and webchat event to discuss user journeys, development and service design, test services and network.
The Government Digital Service (GDS) has partnered up with the NHS to hold its next API Community of Practice event in Leeds. As well as speakers from the NHS, we’ll have presentations speakers from the DWP, HMRC, and Network Rail, and an unconference session.
